Wedding Cakes: Sweet Dreams Into Delectable Reality

At any wedding, everyone wants to get a peek of the wedding cake.  Possibilities for this enchanting desert are endless - lemon, chocolate, almond, or banana cake with vanilla, lime, or mocha buttercream, to name a few.  The classic tiered cake is still the most chosen desert option; however, couples like to put their own twists on the idea of a wedding cake. Recently, making cakes more personal to the bride and groom have become popular. 


Couples will take a swatch of the bride’s gown and incorporate it into the cake, such as the flowery details, the lace, or the beading. Here Mia Bride, Meredith, customized her cake to match her Christos gown.



Unique toppers have been included to create an intimate touch.


Tiers of cake pops, bite size balls of cake on a stick, are placed under the top layer of wedding cake, christening cake.  



Even cupcakes can be apart of the celebration.



Colorful macaroons, French Pastries, are also used to create towers of deliciousness.
