TRENDING NOW: Fresh from Bridal Week

Emily, Co Owner

Returning from NYC and prepping for Sunday's Sample Sale, it seems like last week evaporated!

But with Amsale's "Haute Off the Runway" Trunk Show coming up this weekend, it seems like now or never to update you on the latest trends we viewed at Bridal Fashion Week. Here's a snapshot of what is trending now...
                                             American Royalty
We certianly detected  a bit of residual inspiration from last year’s Royal Wedding, but there is no doubt these gowns are very fresh interpretations of chic coverage. Gossamar sheer tulles and aces over shaped necklines, along with form fitted bodices, give this lady-like look (dare we say it?) a sexy suggestion.

Frothy Confections
Voluminous tulle, lace and organza take the princess dream to an ethereal, new level. Softly commanding attention, these floating designs prove the "dramatic" and "romantic" can go hand in hand to create beautiful design.

Polished Pretty- Brides who adhere to the design mantra, “Less is more” were not forgotten this season. Multiple designers showcased sleek silhouettes where the design detail was simply the beautiful seaming of the silhouette.
The Bold & Brave- The celebration of marriage may be a time honored tradition, but designers didn’t shrink away from incorporating fashion foward elements into their gowns. From peplums to bold textures, there were many gowns for bride who go against the grain.
( Just call our blog finicky! It decided to not add our gown captions. So for designer names and details about any of these gorgeous gowns, give us a call!)
